We fully understand the worries and concerns of having a property in spain unattended while you are overseas, what we offer is a guarantee that your property in spain will be treated as if it was our own and ensure that great care is taken in looking after your property in spain, so you have peace of mind while overseas. We recognise that customer service means different things to different people, weather you're a property investor or home buyer and aim to offer an individual customer service to suit all of our clients. We will check your property every two weeks and deliver a detailed report advising of any work that needs to be carried out, get quotes and make sure the work is carried out and delivered to a satisfactory standard, check that the apartment is clean and secure. We also provide airport transfers, welcome packs, cleaning and laundry service and baby sitting service.
